Job Description:

CyberArk is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE) to support our Go-To-Market teams. The ASE acts as a supporting resource for the Solutions Engineering (SE) organization and is responsible for contributing to the overall sales process, working in conjunction with Solutions Engineers and Sales teams as a technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions. You will be trained and mentored to articulate technology and product positioning both to business and technical users. The role forms part of a dynamic team within the technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

 

To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated individual, looking to develop a deep technical understanding of a variety of technologies relevant to CyberArk’s solutions as well as becoming a trusted advisor to prospects and customers exploring CyberArk’s offerings. Combining technical knowledge with sales skills, you will develop into a Solutions Engineer ultimately responsible for providing support to CyberArk’s sales teams and impacting CyberArk’s sales campaigns with the ability to independently obtain the technical win during the sales cycle. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop deep expertise in CyberArk's solutions.
  • Create resources to help drive efficiencies and support the wider SE organization such as; content creation of training materials and supporting marketing.
  • Guide prospects or customers to gain exposure and trust in CyberArk’s solutions.  
  • Communicate effectively CyberArk’s technical value proposition to customers or partners and design optimal solutions for customer infrastructure and datacenter environments. 
  • Conduct public webinar workshop product evaluations
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Support CyberArk partner seminars and industry trade shows
  • Document client feature requests and issues in the CRM system

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows or Active Directory
  • Ability to create and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Aptitude to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross-organizationally toward solutions including leadership and consensus-building skills.
  • Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud solutions/resources (AWS/GCP/Azure) desirable
  • Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) a plus
  • Enterprise application authentication experience a plus (i.e., .NET, Java, CLI) a plus
  • An understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements a plus
  • Operational experience with LDAP Directories, and LDAP Authentication methods
  • Familiar with modern authentication methods such as SAML a plus
  • Fluent Dutch language skills essential
