Job Description:

CyberArk seeks to hire an experienced Bid & Proposal Specialist who will be responsible for facilitating the bid and proposal lifecycle across EMEA.  The successful candidate will be accountable for analysing RFx, Supplier Due-Diligence and Security Assessment requirements and facilitating a fully compliant response. The Bids & Proposal Specialist will be responsible for scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, facilitating key review meetings, and delivery of the completed proposal. The role will report to the EMEA Proposal and Bids Manager and will be a key member of the EMEA Deal Support Organisation. 



  • To analyse client requests (RFP, RFI, RFQ, Supplier Due-Diligence and Security Assessment etc.), understand technical requirements, response schedule, and all relevant elements. 
  • Determine proposal ‘win themes’ by evaluating specific and implied needs as expressed in the requests (RFx)/ security assessments and similar.
  • Organise and hold the proposal kick-off meeting and other periodic proposal meetings.
  • Identify & leverage key stakeholders across the business.
  • Work with the relevant teams to prepare a proposal response that meets the objectives of the proposal requirements and timelines.
  • Project manage the response process to advance deals towards compliant and efficient closing. 
  • Develop proposal documents in compliance with customer requirements. 
  • Writing, editing, and formatting of proposals.
  • Maintain the proposal resource database (Qvidian).  
  • Maintain proposal document look and feel including corporate branding, layout, messaging, and quality. 


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Bid Proposal and Response work or similar.
  • Technical response writing, formatting, and editing experience.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture.
  • Proven upward management - ability to influence without authority and work well with a variety of globally distributed teams and individuals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet deadlines, during critical phases of projects.
  • Highly organised proven multitasker, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritise effectively in order to deliver at times of high volume. 
  • Proficient in and Office 365 suite.
  • Qvidian software experience (Preferred) and/or other bid management software.  
  • Fluent in English, and at least one (preferably two) of the following: German, French, or Dutch.
