What you will do:

CyberArk is seeking a pioneering Customer Experience Design Lead to establish and guide our Customer Experience Design function. This role is pivotal in crafting holistic customer experiences that span across product, service, and human interaction, bridging strategic design with actionable insights.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Co-create the Customer Experience Design strategy and roadmap, aligning with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners to conduct high-level service design projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
  • Map out and execute a plan for developing our in-house CX design capabilities.
  • Create and refine the infrastructure for executing strategic experience design projects, translating complex designs into implementable roadmaps.
  • Champion customer-first design principles, integrating these into our organizational processes and culture.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and scale design education and process across the organization.

 

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, or a related field, with a track record of leading strategic design projects.
  • Skilled in service blueprinting, customer journey mapping, and experience research, with a deep understanding of design thinking and human-centered design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability in capability building, training, and facilitating workshops to embed design practices and thinking across teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing external partners.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholder groups and championing change.

The salary range for this position is $94,000 – $134,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
