We are looking for a driven sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity and a proven track record of success. If you excel at building long-lasting relationships and delivering exceptional value to clients - we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Account Executive managing our Federal Government clients in Canberra!

 

What you will do

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to expand CyberArk's presence in the Federal Government sector.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Federal Government clients, from C-level executives to IT security teams, by understanding their unique needs and tailoring Identity Security solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and Federal Government security requirements to effectively position CyberArk's cutting-edge Identity Security Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and marketing professionals, to create and deliver engaging and informative initiatives.
  • Drive new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Work with key business partners in the wider eco-system of SI partners and advisors. 
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and their market positioning, leveraging this knowledge to articulate CyberArk's competitive advantages effectively.

 

What you will need

  • Proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably within the cybersecurity or Identity Security space, with a minimum of 10 years of experience and a demonstratable history of success. 
  • Strong understanding of Australia’s Federal Government structure, procurement processes, security requirements, and technology trends.
  • Experience working across Defence and National Security preferred. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, enabling you to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies for complex solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Clari and Tableau, to manage the sales process and maintain accurate forecasts and reporting.
  • Relevant industry certifications and a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field are desired.
