Alliance Sales Manager - Direct Market Reseller

The Alliance Sales Manager – DMR (direct market reseller) Channel is an experienced professional responsible for implementing and expanding indirect sales models in the Americans, resulting in incremental revenue to the CyberArk.  The role involves execution all phases and aspects of channel recruitment, enablement, on-going partner management, and selling into end-customer organizations with indirect and/or influence partners.  The ASM - DMR will be the primary contact for select number of the North American DMR partners and will be responsible for managing the overall corporate relationship with those partners. The ASM - DMR will work with CyberArk’ DMR partners to enable resell activities, create demand/lead generation programs, manage the CyberArk pipeline growth and fulfillment process, develop certification for channel sales and technical teams, as well as travel to partner and customer sites to build and maintain strong selling relationships. 




  • Develop, drive, and execute sales plan with all the DMRs 
  • Assist DMR partners to fulfill CyberArk’s solutions to joint customers in conjunction with CyberArk field sales and services teams 
  • Develop and execute channel marketing campaigns that drive incremental revenue for CyberArk and our partners 
  • Present CyberArk solutions at partner speaking engagements 
  • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations 
  • Recruit, qualify, onboard and launch new partnerships 
  • Demonstrate a “whatever-it-takes” attitude to ensure CyberArk’s partners are knowledgeable, driven and successful at delivering our solutions to their customers and prospects 


Desired Skills and Experience 


  • 10+ years’ experience building and managing global system integrator or advisory partner relationships 
  • Must have a strong technical aptitude 
  • Must be motivated by driving influence or indirect revenue with a record of quota over-achievement 
  • Ability to recruit, manage and grow partnerships that deliver value added services in Information Security, Identity & Access Management, and Privileged Access Security 
  • Must have experience in a hybrid sales environment of direct and indirect sales, excel at team building and have a proven track record of leadership 
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation and written communication skills 
  • Must be a strategic thinker and tactical implementer 
  • Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills 
  • Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degrees desired 
  • Desire to travel is required (approximately 50%)
