What will you do:


  • Administrate Compensation & Benefits policies and processes, such as salary, equity, incentives and other compensation programs
  • Participate in salary surveys, analyze results and provide benchmark recommendations, including researching and analyzing market trends
  • Familiar and experience with benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer, Zviran, etc.)
  • Ability to design benefits programs and policies and evaluate costs
  • Maintenance of monthly Compensation reports and elements & maintain data integrity
  • Maintain the compensation process (gather data, analytics) and serve as support for HR and managers
  • Provide data analysis. Create reports or presentations and share insights
  • Hands on person who understands business needs and can connect them to compensation processes


What you need to succeed:


  • Bachelor's degree in economics / industrial management
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, SUMIF, etc.)
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills & Great interpersonal relations. Ability to be a front man and present to management if required
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive and take initiatives and own processes
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in compensation and benefits (global companies – advantage)
  • Fluent Hebrew and English
  • SQL & HRIS system knowledge – Advantage
