What Will You Do:  


CyberArk is looking for a result driven and collaborative sales leader to lead our Korea team. You will be driving business growth and impact through strong leadership and embodying the culture and values of CyberArk to lead the team through the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on sales leader role and you will take lead to build trusted relationships with customers / partners through your strong territory coverage skillset and ability to execute against a business plan that clearly defines account, territory and potential revenue. Being part of the Asia Pacific & Japan leadership team, we are looking for a strong team player to work closely and collaboratively with the APJ functional leaders to win as an APJ Team. The ability to develop good and influential relationships with the channels ecosystem within the region is critical to the success of this role. 


  • Share and create common vision for CyberArk Korea and lead the sales team to own and hit/exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Drive sales strategy by developing and executing a business plan for CyberArk Korea
  • To build a consistent pipeline of talent for hiring and development of sales team by motivating them to accelerate our market growth trajectory and driving closure rates
  • Conduct weekly revenue forecast meetings with the Account executives.
  • Champions and uphold a positive, results driven team environment
  • Accountable for productivity metrics (e.g. revenue attainment, stack rank, forecast accuracy, current pipeline, etc)
  • Assess current coverage model and build a partner plan to cover accounts within the region.
  • Ensure that appropriate partner resources are mapped to the partners and develop a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders in the partner community


How Will You Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Enterprise Solution Selling Experience with good understanding of cybersecurity market and competitive landscape in Korea
  • Knowledge of a subscription-based business sales model
  • Prior experience building and growing a team as an early entrant into South Korean market is highly preferred 
  • Demonstrated track record of ideally 10 years’ experience in building and leading successful teams in meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong territory planning and execution ability. Able to demonstrate ability to balance account management with business development into net new customers. Knows how to grow a territory
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving business situations
  • Independent and positive leader who can manage competing priorities in an organized manner
  • Strong presentation and communication skills as well as the ability to present in front of large group and/or executive audiences
  • Visionary leader who can inspire a cross-functional team to work towards a shared vision and mission
  • Prior experience working with international teams with ability to converse in English
  • Willingness to travel
