Job Description:

The Delivery Operations Specialist is responsible for the oversight of global operational processes and employing best practices. Primary responsibility includes delivering product licenses and software while ensuring optimal efficiency, revenue, and margin performance post-sales.

The Delivery Operations Specialist helps improve efficiency within CyberArk global delivery operations by implementing and maintaining consistent and scalable processes and building and maintaining customer products database.

The Delivery Operations Specialists work closely with multiple departments across the business internally to ensure quality processes.

Being part of the global Delivery team the Delivery Operations Specialist reports to the Delivery Operations manager and will currently be the only representative in the UK.




  • Managing delivery of customer software – license generation, and asset creation while working with multiple departments across the business while managing customer data.
  • Support internal teams with operations-related questions and inquiries.
  • Processing documentation and keeping the knowledge base of operations processes up to date.
  • Assist in streamlining day-to-day operations via workflow and process enhancements.
  • Dealing with high volume peak periods (end of quarter and fiscal year)




  • Experience in managing multiple processes in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience in managing post-sale processes.
  • Work experience in a technological company, with an emphasis on SAAS B2B
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • English is the key language of communication in the team and company.
