What you will do:
CyberArk, is looking for a passionate, self-driven and energetic Director Solutions Engineer (ASEAN) for Presales based in Singapore. In this role, you will combine technical knowledge with sales skills and are ultimately responsible for the technical win during the sales cycle. You are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and you will be working closely with the sales and product management team to advocate for our solution. You must be comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. You must possess superior communication and interpersonal skills as you will be required to build relationships across multiple levels of the organizations. You must be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Directs the efforts of the team to achieve strategic and operational objectives of the business.
- Provides technical expertise to sales organization in selecting, implementing and developing competitive product and services applications and solutions
- Serves as thought leader and subject matter expert for complex deals in the region
- Coordinates with sales team to make customer calls and presentations and walk-through meetings with the customer as necessary.
- Able to respond to complex functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Work closely with sales team to strategize on solution design
- Build a high performing SE team and provide effective leadership to the team members
What you need to succeed:
- MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong experience with IT Infrastructure & Operation
- Windows/Active Directory administration and operations with some knowledge of UNIX/Linux
- Operational experience with LDAP Directories, and Authentication methods; LDAP, SAML, Radius
- Cloud Experience; AWS, Azure, GCP
- Good team player and able to build relationships across different level of stakeholders across the organization
- Proven record of successful talent management in the area of leadership, staff motivation, performance appraisal, professional development and recruitment
- Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills; excellent leadership and consensus building skills
- An understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical and regulatory requirements
- CISSP or SANS certification preferred
- 15 years of relevant experience and preferably 2 – 3 years of management experience
