Job description:

 CyberArk is looking for a motivated and focused Accountant. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable, expenses, general accounting & reporting. We are looking for a team player who uses best practices and knowledge of both internal and external business processes.

:Key Responsibilities

•           Full responsibility for EMEA finance monthly and quarterly close processes;

•           Support EMEA Finance with day to day accounting activities;

•           Transfer pricing calculations and intercompany balances;

•           Overview payment run for EMEA regions and reconcile AP;

•           Coordinate AR, AP & Expenses monthly close process and support Finance team with any accounting issues;

•           Cash flow management for EMEA entities;

•           Review Financial statements and tax returns for EMEA entities;

•           Tax Provision review and VAT returns;

•           Review and maintain internal controls, including SOX, in certain cases define and implement control processes;

•           Support the monthly close process and reconciliation of balance sheet;

•           Analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained;

•           Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective processes to improve the close and reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate reporting;

•           Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations;

•           Ad hoc tasks as needed;


•           Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent; ACCA or CIMA qualification

•           Background/experience of working for a multi-national firm or accounting firm in the UK - will be an advantage

•           ERP experience is desirable – Netsuite (Oracle)

•           Proficiency in Excel skills

•           Experience of dealing with outsourced firms

•           Excellent interpersonal skills

•           Hardworking and flexible with the ability to work under pressure

•           Attention to details, ability to juggle multiple tasks and to work under tight deadlines

•           Ability to work independently as well as being a great team player
