Job Description

CyberArk EMEA HR team is looking for a colleague to oversee the HR regulatory frameworks across EMEA and keep up-to-date on all aspects of EMEA employment law and best practices in HR. The individual will need strong collaboration and communication skills working with the wider HR team, internal and external stakeholders to make sure that all changes to the law are appropriately attended to and reflected in the company's policies, handbooks, templates, and other materials. The role will involve managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced and agile work environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own country specific regulatory reporting requirements such as pay equity, health and safety compliance and mandatory training.
  • Review and update employment contract templates and engagement agreements for all countries in the EMEA region.
  • Advise on and create policies and internal processes on topics such as time tracking, absence and workforce classification.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, conduct research and analyze information and pro-actively problem solve.
  • Partner closely with wider HR team to deliver process improvements, projects and solutions.
  • Advise HRBP’s and line managers on employee relations matters, including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues and provide guidance on regional and local differences.
  • Represent CyberArk within the Social and Economique Committee (CSE) and ensure good employee relationship management and dialogue.
  • Manage employee representation processes across EMEA region as prescribed and required by local regulations specific to each country.
  • Create and maintain a version control process for all HR documents and policies.

 

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Human Resources experience in HR Operations, HR Compliance or Employee Relations role.
  • In depth knowledge of employment laws, policies, and procedures in one or more of the major EMEA countries; France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands.
  • Expertise in HR regulatory change, including research, policy development, interpretation, communication, and implementation.
  • Experience working with works council and collective bargaining agreements.
