What will you do:

CyberArk is seeking a Financial Manager to join the finance team. In this role you will work cross functionally with various stakeholders to provide analysis of current and past trends along with financial forecasting.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth environment and have an immediate impact.

  • Own global Top Line key performance indicators definition, forecasting and analysis.
  • Partner with the relevant Executive Management to support decision making and provide insights.
  • Play a substantial role in the annual budget process.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.
  • Introduce new KPIs and analysis.
  • Top Line automation projects management.
  • Long Term strategic modeling
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
  • Will work closely with the Investor Relations department in preparing materials for Quarterly earnings and guidance results.
  • Team leadership and management.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance, MBA is advantage
  • 10+ years of related experience including Top Line budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
  • At least 2 years of Managerial experience
  • Deep understanding in Revenue recognition and other accounting principles
  • Experience with SaaS business - advantage
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A high level of commitment and motivation
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
  • High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Ability to think creatively and self-motivated.
  • Passionate about automation and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
