CyberArk is adding a Facilities/Office Manager to its team!  This role will be responsible for overall facilities and office manager responsibilities for our Newton, MA office.  This is an in-office position and requires a strong customer focus and a willingness to jump in and do what it takes to get the job done.  In this high-visibility role you will be responsible for the general management of the facility as well as providing leadership for our core administrative capabilities.


What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact on all facilities related issues
  • Ensure that the office is a welcoming environment for all employees and guests
  • Engage with building management and vendors on general services and maintenance requirements for the facility
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Oversee space allocation through a hoteling process for hybrid workers
  • Inspect offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas daily to determine if cleaning, repairs or renovations are needed. Address issues as needed
  • Provide professional administrative support
  • Meet and greet guests as they visit the office; ensure all visitors are properly checked in for security and compliance purposes
  • Partner with the IT and Security teams to ensure functional coordination and quality service delivery
  • Book travel itineraries/travel-related arrangements for employees within the Americas
  • Manage facility and office operations budget
  • Help with event planning by coordinating catering and booking venues
  • Assist HR team with scheduling and projects as directed
  • Provide leadership and direction for office support team


How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Required computer skills: MS Office Suite including Teams
  • Desired computer skills: Egencia, Expensify, Envoy, SpaceIQ or other similar software platforms
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, conference room AV systems, etc.)
  • Previous office/facility management experience desired
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, display a willingness to be flexible and exhibit a professional manner
  • Strong customer service-oriented background
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and an out-going/friendly personality is a must
  • Ability to work in the office Monday through Friday, with flexibility when necessary
