Job Description:


CyberArk is looking for an experienced leader to help drive our Go-to-Market strategy focusing on cloud access and workloads for enterprise customers.  


A member of CyberArk’s Cloud security team this position will be the leading force driving the business strategy and execution throughout the entire company ecosystem, including: Analyzing and profiling target markets, defining GTM approach, and ensuring successful execution. The leader will be responsible to align all functions from CyberArk Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management and R&D to meet the goals of the business.  Leader will work closely with dedicated capacity from all functions within CyberArk to drive success in space while directly managing a small dedicated team of experts.


This position will focus on opportunities for CyberArk to secure customers who are born in the cloud or are advanced in moving to the cloud, engaging with customers and the cloud vendors to define valuable integration. The role will require a strategic business mind, the ability to build clear business cases, and a clear and strong entrepreneur profile. The ideal candidate will have been a business leader, sales leader or head of strategy for a high growth business or business unit. This leader must also have extensive experience in Cloud environments and cloud centric business models with security expertise as a plus.  


Job Requirements:


  • Business lead experience in high growth business line or business unit
  • Experience leading virtual (dotted line) teams and driving alignment and success across all functions
  • Experience in selling into the CTO and CIO office in a Cloud first organization
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively with the business, good understanding of business needs
  • Evangelism, pusher and experience in the field (working and training with AE, PS, SE)
  • Proven ability to succeed in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BSC
  • Experience in information security – an advantage
  • MBA - an advantage
