What you will do:

CyberArk is seeking a HR Compliance Specialist to partner with the Americas HR team on all matters of HR compliance for the region.  Reporting to the VP of HR - Americas, the HR Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the development of policies and procedures, internal and external HR audit activities, all required reporting and the US Affirmative Action Program.  The successful candidate will join a dynamic HR organization that is evolving to support the needs of our growing enterprise. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop the annual Affirmative Action Plan for the US and partner with functional organizations to drive achievement of stated goals
  • Complete all required reporting including EEO-1, VETS 4212, and other country, state, provincial and local mandated reporting
  • Partner with the Legal team to promote compliance through the application of country, state, provincial and local rules and regulations for the US, Canada and Latin America and to manage the annual compliance training cycle
  • Proactively track new legislation and engage with Legal and HR leadership to develop new and/or modify existing policies to ensure compliance
  • Ensure employee handbook is current with CyberArk policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits of new hire onboarding materials including background checks and I9s
  • Partner with Global HR Team to ensure that benefits and compensation programs are compliant with country, state, provincial and local rules for the Americas including mandated leave and pay equity regulations


How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in a compliance function for a US Federal Contractor
  • Self-starter, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targets & deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to research complex issues and organize data into consumable resources
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to make complex topics easily understood
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience
