Director, Revenue Operations Core Services

Job description:

Cyberark is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations Core Services to help CyberArk scale our business operations activities. In this critical role, you will build and lead a team of talented professionals as you build a “Center of Excellence” in as part of a global team. You will report to the SVP of Revenue Operations and work closely with leaders in Rev Ops, GTM Functional Leaders to inventory, baseline, and mature core operational processes and activities with the goal of driving profitable growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build multi-year vision and plan for establishing Rev Ops Core Services capabilities and team in support of CyberArk’s strategy
  • Work across functional areas with Rev Ops leaders and Business leaders to define list of high priority processes/activities for execution in Rev Ops Core Services team. Scope includes business process execution for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Operations as well as other important areas such as sales enablement curriculum production, localization, and maintenance.
  • Execute all assigned processes with high operational rigor while continuously seeking opportunities to optimize and move up the process maturity curve.
  • Partner with other local site functional leaders from Product/R&D, Marketing and other departments to champion CyberArk’s mission and values.  
  • Apply leading-edge methodologies and tools for process definition and improvement such as Design Thinking methodology and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
  • Hire and develop talent to fuel a strong pipeline of operations professionals.
  • Leverage data-driven approach to monitor volume, efficiency, and quality of activities.
  • Establish a culture that inspires achievement and impact, while having fun and working together to drive success for our customers, company, and employees.

 

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, process excellence/engineering, or related roles with demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and managing individual contributors and managers
  • Passion for developing talent and leading by example
  • Data-driven, goal-oriented orientation with balanced left and right brain thought process
  • Transformational mindset willing to learn and test new ideas with an agile approach
  • Knowledge of B2B tech go-to-market processes, and tools/technologies including SFDC, marketing automation platforms, account intelligence and sales content management platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and drive for ownership and results
  • Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
