Job Summary:

CyberArk is looking for a Associate - GTM Operations to support our next phase of growth as the leader in Identity Security. As a valued member of the global Revenue Operations team, you'll work to execute core business processes and help optimize our operations, processes, and systems across the customer lifecycle.

You’ll provide front-line support to the Sales, Channels, Renewals, and Marketing teams across activities such as account and contact data management, territory management, and other critical activities. You will also execute core business processes such as license delivery and user access management. You will partner cross-functionally with a diverse set of stakeholders, all with a common goal of efficiently scaling our operations.

The GTM Operations Associate will report to the Revenue Operations Core Services Senior Manager in the growing Global Revenue Operations team, supporting all Go-To-Market (GTM) teams (Marketing, Sales, Channels, Renewals, and Customer Success).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform defined business process activities in key go-to-market applications
  • Surface potential process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Execute data hygiene activities across multiple areas such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Renewals
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, assess data completeness, and manage bulk data cleanup and reassignment within marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Work on account and opportunity management by reviewing account approvals, updating account hierarchy and territory models
  • Support initiatives related to data integrity for operational or strategic projects
  • Scope current/future requirements, conduct diagnostic, and implement data fixes, and establish monitoring and governance in adherence to standards and processes
  • Work with cross-functional operations teams and lines of business to standardize best practices and achieve operational efficiency/standardization

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant roles such as Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, or Finance
  • Knowledge of B2B tech go-to-market processes and tools/technologies, including SFDC, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms
  • Prior experience in SaaS/Subscription recurring revenue model is preferred
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to thrive in an open-ended, cross-functional role, work in a dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and be challenged
  • Team player with ability to work with peers and stakeholders across global departments
  • A smart, bold, but humble attitude
