What you will do:

CyberArk is seeking a Manager, Marketing Center of Excellence to manage the day-to-day local operations of the Marketing Center of Excellence (COE). The COE is an organizational model that groups expertise across key marketing capabilities to achieve and scale world-class performance (improving cost, quality, and speed). You will be responsible for the local management of the COE resources, processes, tools, and for the alignment and collaboration with the global Marketing functions. The key capabilities within the COE span across digital experience, content creation, video production, graphic design, localization, market research, ABM and marketing automation.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Management the daily local operations of the COE, hiring talent, training and onboarding them to deliver best-in-class capabilities.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance productivity and performance for the COE team using a collaboration and workflow platform.
  • Work closely with each global functional leader to define the structure of each functional team within the COE, supporting with competencies definition and talent calibration.
  • Partner closely with the functional leaders globally and with the regional leaders to define capacity planning and to ensure respect of SLAs for deliverables
  • Ensure every deliverable and touchpoint along the customer, prospects, partner and employee journey is compliant with CyberArk’s brand and consistent with our core values and culture
  • Provide excellent employee experience to COE team members striving for delivering high engagement and retention, and highly rewarding opportunities to learn and grow within the organization
  • Reporting to the VP, Marketing Operations & Demand, this COE leadership role will bring an operational perspective to every key initiative and participating in Marketing quarterly reviews and annual strategic planning

 

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing and operations experience
  • BSC/MSC or MBA degree in business management, operations or marketing
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven successful experience in managing similar COE teams for market leading brands, preferably in hypergrowth B2B environments - globally
  • Proven management experience of matrixed teams – shared services in particular
  • Relationship builder, trusted advisor and a system thinker with the ability to influence and connect the dots between a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume of strategic work as well as to organize workload for effective implementation and to deliver excellent execution while being accurate and paying attention to details
  • Highly motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Be a change agent with a people-first approach and strong problem-resolution skills.
