The Role: 

CyberArk is looking for a passionate Account Based Marketing Execution Sr. Analyst to join our global team. The candidate will turn data into information and insights used to make business decisions.  The ABM Execution Sr. Analyst will work closely with Marketing and Sales to understand business needs and goals, and propose recommendations based on data analysis gathered from buyer’s journey insight tools.  This role aligns to a designated region and will need to accommodate rotation shifts to work with their stakeholders (ie, North America, LATAM, EMEA, APJ).    

  

What you do: 

 

  • Partners with Marketing and Sales teams to understand business needs, goals, changing strategies, and proposes recommendations based on data analysis  
  • Analyzes, interprets, and audits data sets (6Sense, Marketo, People.ai, ZoomInfo, Tableau) to identify trends or patterns, draws conclusions, and makes recommendations based on business goals  
  • Communicates trends and insights through written materials such as reports and correspondence and creates compelling visuals for clear understanding 
  • Recommends target audiences based on data analysis and develops segmentations in 6Sense and Marketo to be used by the Marketing team  
  • Develops their voice as the subject matter expert on buyer’s journey signals 
  • Identify new approaches to challenge the status quo with how to introduce, evaluate, and implement recommendations based on data analysis 
  • Responds to inquiries regarding tasks, status, and process to ensure timely completion of deliverables 
  • Works cross-departmentally to obtain critical information and satisfies internal stakeholders 

  

Experience: 

  

  • 3+ years experience in B2B Marketing 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a research analyst, marketing analyst, or marketing development representative  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Experience communicating data trends and recommendations to cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner 
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel  
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently in a competitive and changing environment 
  • Self-starter who can effectively manage priorities, take ownership for delivering on all assigned tasks, and work collaboratively with others  
  • Experience in buyer’s journey insights/account intelligence tools (6Sense, Marketo, People.ai) considered a plus
