The Role: 

CyberArk is looking for a Conversational Marketing Specialist who plays a dual role as a technical resource and a subject matter expert to the global marketing team.  The candidate is a talented B2B marketer with technical expertise who can help us build and optimize Drift bots to create interactive, personalized experiences for prospects and customers. This role supports a global workforce and will need to accommodate rotation shifts.    

   

  

What you will do: 

  • Interact regularly with sales development reps to identify the language and questions used to book meetings with prospects and customers and adopt/evolve this language for use in Drift playbooks  
  • Leverage the Drift platform and work with cross-functional team to create inviting calls-to-action, manage all playbooks, and book qualified meetings for the sales development reps  
  • Work within the marketing team to link emails to bots and landing pages, use bots to 'gate' content and set up email nurtures based on bot interaction   
  • Work with the ABM team to ensure target accounts are presented with personalized experience 
  • Work with RevOps team to ensure the proper integration and setup of information that flows between Drift, Marketing and SalesForce 
  • Act as subject matter expert liaison to marketing team and ensure that sales teams have materials and training needed to be successful within Drift 
  • Have a clear understanding of conversion rates and how to leverage copy variations and other experiments to hit those metrics 
  • Push edits and updates constantly to ensure that bots are providing the best experience on site for customers, prospects and the sales team 

  

What you need to succeed: 

  • 2+ years experience in B2B Marketing, Bonus: Experience with a company practicing account-based marketing 
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting a conversational marketing platform (Drift preferred), Bonus: Development experience using APIs for chat, CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) 
  • Willingness to experiment, communicate findings and optimize  
  • Understanding of company’s value proposition, lead qualifiers, best-fit customer and personas 
  • Ability to work across teams including marketing, sales, and operations 
  • Quick learner, always looking to embrace and master new technologies 
  • Ability to multitask and work independently, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
