Job Description: We are looking for a bright, talented DevOps Developer Team Lead to join a team of highly energized and professional engineers working on mission-critical systems in the red-hot cybersecurity industry.

As the DevOps Development Team Leader, you will lead a team of highly skilled DevOps engineers focused on enhancing development flow productivity, building application infrastructures and tools, and addressing challenges linked to the exponential growth of engineering and application scale As part of your role, you will be responsible for leading engineers that will design, implement, and deploy products and infrastructures which will directly increase our stability and quality, while reducing our time to market. In addition, you will lead and mentor a team of DevOps developers, ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, Lead, mentor, and develop team members for excellence and personal growth
• Overseeing the design, implementation, and deployment of new platforms and features,
• making sure they are all developed so they fit our existing platform, security policies,
• audit systems, and processes.
• Take an active part in design reviews and be responsible for team skills and knowledge
• that are improving over time
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise DevOps Platforms and
• tools to boost R&D velocity, reduce lead time, and enhance product quality.
• Plan, Design, and develop the company SAAS infrastructure, operation engine, and
• CI/CD strategy.
• Ensuring the adoption of new technologies to improve CI/CD pipelines and integrating
• security into the CI/CD pipelines using the DevSecOps shift left approach.
• Facilitating troubleshooting of platform and service issues across various applications,
• domains, and platforms.
• Ensure that the team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience working as a Software, DevOps, or infrastructure
• developer
• 3+ years of experience in a team lead or management role
• Significant development experience with the following: Python, Groovy, or equivalent
• Deep knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google
• Cloud
• Experience with Containers and Orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD Tools and Configuration Management Systems (e.g. Jenkins, Git,
• Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
• Experienced with building the full application release cycle (CI/CD).
• Experience in the creation of highly automated Infrastructures - as code
• Excellent design and analytical skills
• Creative troubleshooting skills and out-of-the-box thinking
• Know your way around the open-source community
