Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Sr. Motion Designer to join our in-house Creative Services Team. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be working closely with our design team, AD & CD to design and produce high-end visual, textual, and animated content.

To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top-notch senior motion designer is someone whose visual design skills translate into high quality animated content that engages website viewers. Responsibilities:

· Set accurate estimates on delivery expectations and send status updates to clients and key stakeholders

· Be able to interpret marketing and programming strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals to that strategy

· Portray diverse storytelling with motion graphics and animation

· Ability to understand and contribute to creative strategy

· Design or convert storyboards into compelling motion graphics

· Design sequentially for animations, from conception to final output

· Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet expectations and deadlines

· Comfortable and confident interfacing with clients for presentations and project management

· Work in partnership with strategic and account team to understand and manage client needs

· Demonstrate the ability to create graphic elements as needed, and ensure that design is in sync with the style guide and visual identity system

Requirements:

· 5 years of experience in motion design with a supporting portfolio

· Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe CS (Premier Pro and After Effects)

· High level of accountability and motivation

· Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills

· Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities

· Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
