What will you do:
CyberArk is focusing on becoming a data-driven organization, and the IT data team is expanding. We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our IT BI group and partner with different business domains (Finance, HR etc) to research, develop and deploy advanced data and machine-learning models.
You will support the different business teams by providing them with eye-opening insights and actionable recommendations that will have a huge impact on the business's key metrics.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing the solutions with stakeholders and your IT peers.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistics, and a passion for solving complex problems, along with a deep understanding of business areas such as Finance, Product Management, HR, and more.
- Develop and maintain machine learning models for forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Gather requirements, Design, and analysis of various business processes into an advanced BI solution
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets
- Perform data mining over our DWH to increase data integrity and quality.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and make recommendations for data-driven decision making
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing models to enhance performance and accuracy
- End-to-end management of BI-related projects and accountability on the quality of delivery (on time, on scope, development quality, and standards)
- Manage tasks and projects that require matrix management and facilitation of resources in IT
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R (Familiarity with Databricks is an advantage)
- Experience with SQL using Snowflake or similar
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience in Data Modeling for a SaaS, Subscription company, such as forecasting and clustering models
- Preferred experience in Finance related modeling
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate with others in a global team
- Highly motivated, self-learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- English at a high standard
