Marketing Business Solutions Leader
US - Massachusetts
CyberArk is looking for a creative, independent leader to join the Go-To-Market Business Applications group to lead and own the marketing technologies domain and manage cross-functional marketing solutions.
For this position, we are looking for a person with a passion for marketing, a strong technology background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to provide both professional and managerial guidance to his/her team members. What you will do:
- Develop relationships that will position IT as a trusted business partner to the marketing group, understand the strategic objectives and business goals, along with challenges and business needs.
- Manage applications and architecture that support our global marketing business partners.
- Identify opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration.
- Work with the marketing team to identify, plan and build business cases and roadmaps for application projects.
- Lead highly complex E2E projects that have a significant influence on enterprise processes and functions from initiation to launch
- Manage a team of highly motivated professionals and provide both professional and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with the other IT groups (Information Security, BI and more) to manage projects efficiently
- Drive technology and process innovation.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Bachelor‘s degree in business or management, information technology, engineering, or operations
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing, defining and implementing business applications solutions specifically in a B2B marketing world.
- At least 2 years of experience in managerial role, such as a team leader in the business applications field.
- Deep experience with Salesforce.com & Marketo.
- Experience with ABM tools like 6Sense, People.ai, Demandbase.
- Experience with SDR tools like Drift & Outreach
- Experience with content, social management and other marketing tools like Welcome, sprinklr, Cision, Adobe Target and others.
- Excellent customer and partner/alliances management, and client engagement skills.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead complex projects and rollouts.
- Proven experience coaching or cross-managing direct reports/teams to excellent results.
- Can easily work in multi-tasking arena with a strong “can do” and proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Superb presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.
