This position is part of a growing market development team within CyberArk Innovation Labs.

At CyberArk Innovations Labs, we research, prototype, develop and build the next generation solutions that will help organizations to deal better with emerging and new problems in the world of Identity Security.


What will you do

As the Innovation User Adoption Wizard, you will be the lead of customer acquisition. From working with digital marketing to directly reaching out to potential customers, you will be responsible for making sure our solutions’ users get the maximum value from our SaaS solutions, regardless of if it’s a free tier, trial, or subscribed customer.  


  • Know our solutions inside and out. Communicate Why, How and What our solution do for the different user and buyer personas.
  • Be the customer perceived value owner in the team.
  • Develop the sales strategy with our product, marketing and market development leads.
  • Analyze digital marketing generated leads (inbound) to identify potential intervention flows and contact methodology.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to implement engagement features that will help communicate and disseminate value to users.
  • Identify potential targets based on leads, service data, and external tools.
  • Reach out to potential users and customers directly through email, phone, and other methods.
  • Develop and follow on KPIs and metrics to allow continuous assessment of effectiveness.


What you need to succeed

  • You have 1-2 years’ experience in SaaS B2B sales, preferably in a Product Led GTM team.
  • You feel comfortable with technology. Productivity tools, Sales tools, Marketing tools and SaaS Monitoring tools. No coding needed, but you are the master of reports and dashboards.
  • You know English, and maybe other languages, at a native speaking/writing level – This is a must.
  • You are tired of old school sales tactics, and you admire direct, value-based selling.
  • You love users and customers. You can listen as good as talking. You learn from each conversation.
  • You are patient and understand that a nurtured seed will always give fruits. Sometimes it will take time though.
  • You are a master in follow-ups. You never lose track. You are a hunter, and your intuition is second only to your sharp analytic mind.
  • You are a self-starter, project oriented, can benefit and welcome guidance but know also how to start from scratch and build an end-to-end operation.
