Job Description:

The Americas Inside Account Executive Manager is a critical function which drives value to CyberArk by leading a critical part of the Deal Support Team. This includes the field sales support group (Inside Account Executives) which provides support to North American Enterprise Sales organization on all aspects of the deal cycle including prospecting, positioning, and quoting across direct and indirect distribution channels.

 

This role will support the North American Sales Organization and be a member of the Revenue Operations department and report to the Global Deal Support leader.

 

Responsibilities:

· Manage the Inside Account Executive Team (field sales support)

· Lead a team that serves as trusted advisers to the Sales Team on all commercial/business aspects of the deal to help drive deal closures

· Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate and drive deal closure

· Develop an expert level of understanding regarding all past, current and future license offerings in order to provide needed guidance to the Sellers

· Partner with Sales Operations to identify system/process improvements, sales enablement, and special projects

· Develop and drive initiatives to improve productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Revenue Operations and Sales Organization.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of proven industry experience, Inside Sales, Deal Desk, Sales, Operations or Pricing experience preferred

• Experience in supporting contract/legal negotiations with enterprise customers and working with enterprise sales teams.

• Strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring a geographically dispersed team

• Highly Organized with the ability multitask, prioritize and deliver at times of high volume

• Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, and CPQ tools
