Job Description:

CyberArk is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel to primarily support commercial transactions for our UK business, negotiate with leading global enterprises, and work independently with representatives at all levels of seniority across our Go-to-Market departments. This person will also support other areas of the business and have the opportunity to assist with other projects as needed. The position will report to CyberArk’s Director of Legal, EMEA & APJ Go-to-Market and may require some international travel.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and negotiate UK and cross-jurisdictional commercial transactions, including SaaS and software license agreements, channel partner agreements, and data privacy/information security schedules

  • Provide legal support to various departments throughout the organization, such as marketing, human resources, and corporate finance

  • Manage and negotiate vendor agreements and support regional procurement processes

  • Contribute to the Legal team’s internal initiatives to support CyberArk’s rapid growth, such as automation/ efficiency and adoption of new technologies

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified legal counsel with a right to practice in the UK

  • Fluency in speaking, drafting and negotiating in English; other European language skills or dual legal qualification an advantage

  • 4+ years of experience practicing commercial/IT law in a global technology company or leading law firm, negotiating SaaS and software license agreements with UK-based customers (with the familiarity of doing business in the wider EMEA region an advantage)
