Job Description: 

CyberArk Software is looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and focused individual to lead and manage a talented Customer Success (CS) group in the EMEA.  Alongside other regional CS leaders, this role will be critical in supporting CyberArk’s growing footprint by implementing the strategy and processes fostered by our global Corporate Success team.  Partnership with regional sales leadership on the go-to-market motion is crucial to success in this role and the success of your regional team.  The ideal candidate is a strategic and process-oriented individual who has a knack for conveying the “how” and “why” to broader teams to produce impactful results.  A “customer first” mentality is a must with the experience of how to most efficiently realize that approach. 

  

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Outcomes - Accelerate time to value and drive higher product adoption by aligning customer goals to education, adoption roadmaps and regular engagement with the customer 
  • Influence Lifetime Customer Value – Influence the growth and retention of our customers through increased adoption, facilitation of customer outcomes and identification of additional value creation opportunities for both customer and CyberArk  
  • Realize Customer Success Effectiveness – Increase retention rates and overall account expansion within your region by ensuring customer success activities maximize customer outcomes.
  • Customer First Mindset – Inspire a customer first mindset within the company and advocate for customers internally.
  • Partner with the Corporate Success team to develop and champion the formal design, rollout and execution of the success strategy and initiatives within your respective region
  • Mentor and coach regional CS Managers to foster alliance with regional Sales and Renewals team to defend and expand customer opportunities
  • Work alongside regional sales leadership and our partners to ensure the achievement of regional operational metrics and targets.
  • Recruit, manage and coach customer advocates passionate about helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes
  • Effectively present CyberArk's technical solution and concepts to customers and partners
  • Work with the internal teams to help create material to assist customers and partners in achieving their Identity Security program objectives
  • Lead by example and handle various tasks when appropriate
  • Delegate multiple tasks among the team
  • Work under Global VP’s direction as needed to execute concepts and continue to drive opportunities

  

Requirements:

  • 5 -10 years of customer success management experience across EMEA in a security or enterprise solution environment – SaaS experience preferred
  • Expertise in customer success strategy and frameworks
  • Strong customer advocacy balanced with a passion for driving revenue and growth
  • An analytical and metrics-driven work style with an eye for efficiency without compromising the customer experience
