Position overview:

This position, as part of the finance department, is responsible for managing the Order-to-cash processing function for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Responsible for the full order process management cycle from purchase order to accurate invoicing of the company’s customers. This function is integral in providing positive customer experience and supporting the sales organization, as well as, assisting various cross organizational departments ( i.e. Deal Desk, Security services, in the form of Quote/Contract creation)



  • Oversees the end to end Booking process of customer purchase orders including invoicing and reconciliation of customer invoices related disputes.
  • Collaboration with sales, Deal desk, Delivery, Security services, legal and other finance departments, as appropriate, to review and approve quote and purchase order documents.
  • Meet departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards (SOX)
  • Ensures all critical information matches between quotes, Purchase order, Salesforce and NetSuite (e.g. legal name, address, products, prices, terms, delivery method, etc.)
  • Understand and align to all internal company policies and compliances



  • Prior experience of 2 years in an Order processing/Back-office/Finance/ Operations role.
  • Prior experience of 2 years in a SaaS company – advantage.
  • Attention to details and good analytical skills.
  • Self-Learner with ability to prioritize tasks with strong emphasis on working as part of a team
  • Customer centric approach while maintaining financial integrity of the customer order management process
  • Flexibility and an appreciation of a fast-moving and international environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Finance, logistics, or other related field
  • Proficient in Excel including VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, SUMIF
