Job Description  

 

CyberArk is looking for a Security Services Manager- Iberia based in Spain. In this role you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding the Security Services team, driving the Business Transformation and Services revenue expansion, by ensuring the engagement, success, retention and growth of CyberArk Customers. 

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Security Services – West and South Europe and will work closely with the Sales, Solution Engineering and Customer Success teams.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage,mentordevelop and retain a team of Security Services Engineers leading by example 
  • Overview the workload of the Security Services Team by ensuring adequate service delivery coverage in all situations 
  • Ensure high-quality and successful delivery of all Security Services engagements and acts as the point of escalation for the team, providing necessary guidance on issues that might arise 
  • Provide CyberArk expert technical services to enterprise customers , while optimizinge technical delivery methodology and delivery model for customers 
  • Collaborate with other teams/divisionsstrengthen relationships and identify incremental business opportunities 
  • Communicate all processes andbest practices and learnings gained to/from the field 
  • Present CyberArk’s Security Services value proposition effectively and proactively seek out new security services opportunities. Participate in sales activities, including positioning technical services, scoping, solutioning, estimating and proposing 
  • Respond to requests from both internal and external customers/clients 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5 or more years of experience working in a technical role (being related to CyberSecurity is a plus) and experience managing complex delivery projects to meet customers objectives 
  • Ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional results and ability to achieve results through others 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all roles, ranging from IT to C-Level executives 
  • Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment 
  • MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience is an advantage 
  • Fluent Spanish and English
