About this role:

CyberArk is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to help achieve our next phase of growth. In this critical, high-impact role, you will be responsible for connecting marketing strategy to execution across all areas of marketing operations including marketing strategic planning, budget management, business process definition & optimization, tech stack and data strategy, efficient lead management, and integrated campaign reporting and analytics. You will apply a balanced blend of strategic thinking, marketing acumen, operations expertise, and leadership to align Marketing across the customer journey and revenue funnel. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing Operations & Demand, you will work as a trusted partner with the CMO and all levels of the Marketing organization.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain vision and strategy that ensures best-in-class marketing operations and supports overall company and go-to-market strategy.
  • Define and drive strategic marketing annual planning process, including budget allocation & management
  • Define and manage marketing business processes and tech stack roadmap, including lead and account-based management processes/metrics, scoring, nurture, predictive modeling, campaign tracking, marketing automation systems, database health, targeting, and segmentation plans.
  • Drive alignment across Marketing teams including GTM Programs, Product & Solutions Marketing, Regional Marketing and shared services teams like Creative Services, Web Development and Marketing Automation, as well as with Sales and Customer Success operations to provide a seamless customer journey and optimized revenue funnel.
  • Actively monitor, analyze, and report on end-to-end marketing metrics from top, mid, and bottom of funnel performance to drive improvement in program effectiveness, pipeline/funnel velocity and conversion rates.
  • Define long-term attribution analysis across all digital activities to closed deals.
  • Provide active management, mentoring and career development, and promote best practices and operational excellence across the Marketing Operations team.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders within BTO such as Revenue Operations and Business Analytics and across CyberArk with teams such as Sales, IT, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and HR.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations roles with deep expertise in processes, systems, and analytics
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience
  • Experience in B2B tech growth environments, with multi-product portfolio and direct and indirect sales processes
  • Expertise across full marketing technology stack including SFDC, Marketo, sales engagement platforms, lead routing, Campaign Project management, ABM platforms, BI, and other critical applications including AI solutions
  • Passion for data analysis and using data to identify key business questions, structure analysis, drive insights, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience operating in an ABX-oriented GTM process
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation to all levels
  • Strong “pulse” of external Marketing Operations landscape such as trends, best practices, KPI benchmarks, go-to-market models, and productivity levers
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization

The salary range for this position is $140,000 – $195,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
