In this role, you will be working closely with other internal IT teams as well as extensive work with IT internal customers to adhere with business needs and committed IT security and service level.

What you will Do:

• In this role, you will be part of CyberArk Global IT organization; You will lead a team that its responsibility is to manage IT security service operation in a proactive manner.
• You will have global responsibility for designing, building, maintaining, and securing CyberArk network and communication systems – from strategy to delivery and service operations and related processes
• Ability to administer security-related infrastructure and applications, such as intrusion detection/prevention systems, EDR, DLP, firewalls, cloud security tools, and vulnerability scanners. Including defining and implementing the security systems configuration, policies and hardening based on security policies and operational considerations.
• Working with the CyberArk Global Information Security team you will translate security policies into architecture and delivery. You will execute security operation projects from implementation, review. You will support security tools and systems. This will require you to lead projects or ensure the successful projects in this domain which are led by the team.

What you will bring to the table:

• You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Leader of an operations or security engineers or escalation support specialist.
• You will have experience with CyberArk product, deployments and capabilities is highly desired.
• Security product exposure such as SSO, PAM, CI/CD pipelines, IAM, secure cloud workflows, passwordless authentication.
• You will be in charge of leading the US security engineers, as well as triaging incident responses and security escalation.
• You will bring in an understanding of IT networks architecture, IT infrastructure, cloud security and endpoints management. This includes FedRamp, NIST, ISO, CIS, and SOC2
• Organized and methodological management and approach
• You will be a team player with good interpersonal communication skill and an ability to work well with others. We believe you can thrive in a complex and intensive global environment. You will bring a management style that is agile, flexible and promote a true team environment.
• Certifications (a plus): CISSP (Certified Information Security System Professional) or other relevant Information Security certifications.
