Job Description:

We are seeking a self-driven individual with proven leadership skills and a track record of successfully attracting top talent to join our team as our Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager. The TA Manager is a hands-on role responsible for leading recruitment strategies in the Americas and proactively identifying and hiring top talent.  This dynamic individual is comfortable providing support, advocacy, leadership and vision to the talent acquisition team. The TA manager will help build the recruitment strategy while contributing to the overall HR Strategy for the Americas. 

The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the HR Director, Americas


  • Lead an internal team of talented U.S. Recruiters to source, select, and engage external hires into our company
  • Develop and build recruitment strategies, best practices, and perform hands-on recruitment for key roles
  • Creatively source qualified, top-notch candidates for a diverse range of levels and functional areas, across multiple US geographies
  • Partner with the extended HR team and other departments to understand business needs, critical roles and skills sets and develop scalable sound recruitment processes and solutions
  • Drive external branding efforts and employee value proposition to position our company as a premier employer and as a Best Places to Work contender
  • Build strong and deep relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and staff to be seen as an expert in delivering talent needs


  • Minimum of five years’ recruiting experience, technical or sales recruiting strongly preferred, with a high growth company
  • Player/coach mentality; ability to guide and lead a team while recruiting for multiple openings
  • Ability to develop and lead strategic recruitment initiatives and hiring pushes in partnership with key business stakeholders
  • Great relationship builder and identifier of new external relationships and partnerships that position CyberArk well in the tech community, collaborator, and adaptable to quick changing situations
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems and compensation tools (Success Factors and/or Radford is a plus)
