About this role:

As a Marketing Data Specialist at CyberArk, you will become the go-to person for all things marketing data. Working closely with our GTM (Go-To-Market) teams you will provide data, intelligence, and targeted audiences for our marketing messages. You must have a passion for data, be able to demonstrate efficiency, and exemplify accuracy. This is an excellent career opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual who is looking to collaborate with and learn from a team of innovative, driven, seasoned marketing and sales professionals by being responsible for all aspects of marketing data quality management, segmentation, business processes, data cleansing and data standardization. You must be a hands-on specialist who dives into the data, interprets it, and turns it into actionable insights and recommendations.

What you will do:

  • Partner closely with the Marketing and Revenue Operations Leaders to ensure our data strategy and approach is aligned & standardized.
  • Develop segmentations for CyberArk solutions to allow for repeatable audience identification.
  • Recommend target audiences for CyberArk solutions based on the marketing strategy and message.
  • Apply advanced data intelligence from 1st and 3rd party sources including intent and technographic data and technology platforms to prioritize marketing and sales activities.
  • Identify gaps in existing data where more insight is needed for data-driven decision making.
  • Define rules of engagement around data definition and data quality.
  • Create requirements, testing, and final approval for data fixes and data cleansing.
  • Address project level data quality and implications on business processes.
  • Monitor data quality via self-developed data monitoring reports and metrics.

What you need to succeed:

  • 1+ years of marketing data management experience (i.e., marketing analysis, database marketing, CRM strategy, B2B or B2C marketing)
  • Familiar with Salesforce. Previous experience with Marketo, Web Analytics tools (Google or Adobe Analytics), BI Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) & ABM applications (6sense, Bombora, Demandbase) considered a plus.
  • Highly Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience working in database marketing environment including data extract & manipulation tools; as well as, managing data quality programs
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation, data structure, data flow, data management concepts, data relationships, spreadsheets, queries, and business intelligence tools.
  • A good grasp of business acumen and know that data is only as good as the ideas it can provide to inform the business.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $90,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
