Marketing Events Intern

CyberArk is looking for an enthusiastic Global Events Marketing Intern to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with all marketing functions, customer success & regional sales teams to activate event strategy and increase engagement with key stakeholders internally, externally, virtually and in-person. This role will support the global marketing events team with execution of all global, corporate, and internal events.
What you will do:
- Help support the planning and execution of global events such as CyberArk conferences, tradeshows, partner events, and virtual events.
- Work with team to manage end-to-end event presence from conception to completion – including event messaging, speaking engagements, third party and supplier management, booth design, branding, logistics and AV requirements, demo set-up, staffing plan and hotel blocks, social events, audience acquisition, sales engagement, and follow-up
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and outsourced providers to confirm full understanding of event objectives and execute accordingly
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, web, etc.)
- Prepare detailed presentations, reports and event analysis
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and idea generation
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- BA/BS degree (or currently enrolled)
- Event execution experience, preferably in high-tech industry
- Reliable, organized, confident and articulate
- Strong work ethic with energetic, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in Newton, MA office when required, with occasional domestic travel.
