About this role:

CyberArk Software is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Buyer to join our Global Procurement Team. The Buyer will support the Purchasing Manager with all procurement related tasks such as handling requisitions, managing purchase orders, tracking orders, supporting the finance team and providing administrative support. The Buyer will also work closely with vendors, placing and tracking purchase orders, negotiating and building positive, long-term relationships. This is a hands-on position and the ability to multitask and work with others is essential. This role will report to the Americas Purchasing Manager.

What you will do:

• Creating, placing, and tracking purchase orders
• Ensuring timely product delivery
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams (PR/PO/Invoice/payments)
• Research new suppliers and make recommendations to the Purchasing Manager
• Prepare, research, and investigate vendor negotiations for long-term skill building and development
• Negotiate with vendors and build positive, long-term relationships
• Provide administrative support for all procurement-related tasks

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience as Buyer
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP software, proficiency in Microsoft Office
