Job Description:

CyberArk Software is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for operating and maintaining the company’s salesforce and other IT customer related solutions as part of the IT salesforce team
  • Lead IT projects including design and analysis of various business process
  • Configure, deploy and upgrade he systems in accordance with the company’s plans
  • Execute activities and tasks to ensure system stability, functionality and usability
  • Provide support to CyberArk’s employees
  • Be responsible for data integrity and meta-data maintenance
  • Be responsible for user provisioning, termination requests, role changes and user information updates
  • Identify business problems, best practices and recommend solutions that meet the organization business needs
  • Up to 30% nation wide and international travel

 

Job Requirements

  • Over 2 years of proven hands-on salesforce administration experience – a Must
  • 2-3 year of proven project management experience, in the area of information system – a Must
  • BA in business/industrial engineering specializing in information systems (or equivalent) – An advantage
  • Strong business processes analysis skills
  • Deep understanding of the following business processes and related enterprise-level applications: Sales & Marketing (a must); Finance, PS & Customer Support (an advantage)
  • Proven experience in data extraction, manipulation and loading
  • Proven experience in Salesforce developments – an advantage
  • Must be willing to travel nationally and internationally
