What will you do:

CyberArk is looking for an experienced Salesforce solution Specialist (CPQ) to join our global Business Application Go-To-Market group.

The required candidate should have strong hands-on experience and skills in Salesforce CRM and sales and Marketing-related applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with various departments to understand their needs, design and implement solutions while providing top quality service.

You will be required to demonstrate good project management skills, system analysis experience along with extensive knowledge of CPQ as well as other business applications and services.

  • Lead and support Salesforce initiatives with an emphasis on sales processes.
  • Deliver end-to-end CPQ solutions including, but not limited to product bundles, pricing and product rules, and Quote Calculator Plugin.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and execute complex projects using both out of box features and custom code.
  • Responsible for evaluating and recommending a configuration that maximizes software capabilities.
  • Design and analyse various business processes and related data from the requirements gathering to implementation and roll out.
  • End-to-end management systems related delivery projects; according to work plan assignments.
  • Responsible for efficiently maintaining and enhancing Salesforce and other business applications according to IT procedures.
  • Maintenance including problem (ticket) resolution within SLA and highest quality.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves advanced user issues as they arise.
  • Thoroughly documents work for reference, troubleshooting, and future iteration.
  • Evaluate new tools to be implemented with integration to SFDC to drive solutions to business process issues and maintain database integrity.
  • Work cross-departmentally and across geographies with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Finance to improve and customize workflows, optimize efficiency, and help best utilize the tools in our stack.
  • Hands-on of technical activities while set up/configure systems and/or coding to perform.
  • Successful delivery of activities: on time, on budget, on scope and on quality standards.

What you need to succeed:

  • Salesforce administrator certification, Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification – a must
  • Have a strong Salesforce product knowledge and architecture for at least 7 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ or Service Cloud- a must
  • Good Technical understanding and ability to learn fast – a must
  • Experience designing, building, and optimizing declarative automation using Flows.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead complex projects and rollouts
  • Experience in supporting a global organization across geographies and time zones
  • Customer focused with an ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and communicate technical requirements to business stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Can easily work in Multi-tasking arena with a strong “can do” and proactive approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration building skills, able to work well in a cross-functional, dynamic ,matrix management environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Superb presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills

The salary range for this position is $95,000 – $135,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
