About this role:

CyberArk is seeking a FP&A Manager to join our global FP&A team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to provide analysis of current and past trends along with financial modeling and long-term forecasting. The FP&A Manager will oversee and support the Services & GTM functions, supporting their profitability & efficiency matrix. What you will do:

  • Produce and enhance monthly and quarterly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and present to the C-suite.
  • Evaluate and identify anomalies in historic and forecast data trends. Summarize and communicate findings proactively to finance and senior leadership.
  • Leading the Services and Support FP&A processes, definitions, and practices.
  • Services and Support P&L Long term strategic analysis and modeling.
  • Partner with department leaders to help define and deliver critical data and analysis needs that will drive growth and scale across the Service and Support.
  • Lead the annual budget process which will include working directly with senior leaders across the company.
  • Assist in developing analytical KPIs and reports to present productivity and efficiency measures.
  • Overall company Gross Margin deep dive and analytics.
  • Manage data validation and new development for automated reports in Tableau.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accounting, MBA is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of related experience including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis, preferably from a public company.
  • An independent, self-motivated leader.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good business and financial understanding. Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial analysis and reports.
  • Passionate about in-depth understanding, automation, and efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SaaS business - required.
  • Enterprise software experience – advantage.
  • Good systems aptitude and knowledge of business management software and databases (ERP systems, Salesforce, Tableau, NetSuite).
  • Very accurate, precise, and organized, with attention to detail.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • A high level of commitment and motivation.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and multitask.

The salary range for this position is $102,000-145,000 /year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
