Job Description:

CyberArk is looking for a highly experienced, talented and motivated paralegal to join our global legal team. This position will work with our legal team members in the U.S., Israel and London and interact with other groups within CyberArk on a variety of issues, including sales, marketing, compliance, corporate, employment and litigation. The person in this role will be highly collaborative and entrepreneurial in managing important legal and cross-functional projects to improve and scale the company’s legal and compliance processes.


  • Support commercial counsel in drafting and negotiating legal agreements with customers, vendors and business partners
  • Support compliance counsel in policy-related research, drafting and training, and in creating and maintaining guidelines to help streamline processes
  • Facilitate legal department corporate responsibilities related to management of public company governance and securities, as well as of group subsidiaries and mergers/acquisitions
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department and aid in reporting to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Implement legal technologies to promote department efficiency and scalability
  • Research global laws and regulations impacting public companies and the cybersecurity industry to help track new developments affecting CyberArk


  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 7+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, of which at least 4 years was with a publicly-traded global technology company
  • Familiar with a wide range of legal matters including commercial, corporate and compliance
  • Experience in supporting customer-facing teams and interacting with senior management
  • Highly skilled in technologies deployed across the company and the legal department and able to promote adoption of new technologies
  • Highly organized, responsive and proactive, capable of independently managing complex processes and working in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, experience working in cross-cultural environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (foreign language skills a plus)
