What you will do:

CyberArk is looking for a passionate Sr. Director of Solution Marketing, specializing in Machine Identities including Secrets Management, to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and customer experience teams to drive Solution GTM Strategy, messaging and positioning, program development, content and campaigns, events, and enablement. The ideal candidate will be a veteran in Enterprise B2B Marketing, is an outstanding communicator who blends technical expertise and strategic acumen with the willingness to drive hands-on execution of program activities.

 

Familiarity with the DevSecOps space, predisposition to think creatively about the best routes to market for this space, and the ability to translate complex models into best-in-class programs, customer benefits, and drive internal alignment is critical. The role will be dedicated to working with teams across the globe to plan, validate, implement, and measure end-to-end GTM plans across all routes to market. And as the marketing plan owner for Machine Identities, being driven to deliver the best ROI of our marketing activities, while maximizing pipeline creation and closed revenue.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic go-to-market plans, in partnership with our DevSecOps General Manager, positioning CyberArk’s Secrets Management and Cloud Workload Security solutions as strategic to potential customers & CyberArk business partners
  • Craft high-impact messaging and positioning for each Machine Identities solutions to be used by the broader marketing and sales organizations
  • Implement a Product-Led Sales GTM model with digital capabilities such as virtual guided-tours, try-to-buy, and community management programs
  • Develop internal and external feedback loops to gather and consolidate customer feedback to help shape messaging and the strategic roadmap
  • Maintain a pulse on the competition, providing strategic guidance and positioning strategies to the cross-functional leaders
  • Primary representative for marketing (and owner of the Marketing Plan) to the Secrets Management business unit; collaborating with all Marketing functions, to develop, execute, measure & iterate end-to-end Marketing Plan to drive business value for Machine Identities solutions
  • Maximize Secrets Management Cloud Workload Security business value generation, using the most cost effective mix of marketing tactics.

 

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • 12+ years experience in portfolio or demand marketing at SaaS B2B company, or equivalent (Cybersecurity and DevOps experience preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership and development, directly or indirectly leading and inspiring teams
  • Strategic vision to articulate go-to-market strategy, and the “do-what-it-takes” mentality to lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution
  • Ability to develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our service offerings and key positioning
  • Proven track record of speaking in front of and influencing internal, external, and global audiences
  • Exceptional organizational skills to define and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with and lead globally dispersed cross-functional teams and initiatives in a heavily matrixed environment
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in the fast-changing nature of the SaaS market, willing to pivot and able to learn quickly
  • Comfort making difficult decisions with uncertainty and imperfect data
  • Accountable to driving concrete business value
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred

 

Preference for the role to be based (hybrid) in Newton, MA.

The salary range for this position is $162,000 – $230,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
