Job Description:

We are seeking ambitious self-starters to join the Security Services team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work with some of the largest companies in the world and be part of a small, dynamic and highly-successful team.

The role requires a strong combination of technical and customer facing skills.

The role is part of the EMEA team and includes a substantial amount of work in English and includes travel abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Provide CyberArk expert technical services to enterprise customers
• Lead and manage the successful implementations of CyberArk solutions at strategic customers
• Understand and ensure successful delivery of the customers objectives
• Provide technical expertise and support to regional customers and partners
• Understand current requirements and processes; identifying additional opportunity within the account
• Help expand the usage of our solutions with our customers

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years as a professional services engineer with a software vendor or a security reseller
• 2+ years of experience in a technical / implementation role deploying enterprise software
• Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts
• Mastery of Windows Operating Systems and environments, IIS and LDAP
• Experience with UNIX/Linux
• Experience with virtualization
• Experience with the following technologies: IDM, SSO, SIEM, Application Servers, Authentication Products and Ticketing System (advantage)
• Experience with Cloud Services – AWS, Google, Azure (advantage)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Scripting/Development experience (Advantage)
• Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (advantage)
• Fluent in English and French
