What will you do:

The PT team leader at CyberArk Lab's goal is to uncover and identify vulnerabilities and security gaps in a wide virality of CyberArk's products. By executing the team's offensive throughput into CyberArk's product, the team leader is a key player in both the research labs and the engineering unit.


  • Team management - directly managing penetration testing team for CYBR products.
  • Present findings and work closely with software architecture and development teams to ensure products are developed in line with our security standards.
  • Security / vulnerability research - hands-on research of multidisciplinary research vectors.
  • Writing and reviewing technical articles and presenting new research work at security conferences.


What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a team leader
  • 5+ years’ experience in hands-on PT or security.
  • Hands-on experience in penetration testing cloud, web, and mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of security principles, theories, attacks, network protocols and data security.
  • Experience with code security surveys - ability to read code and identify security issues.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving, and growing environment
  • Fluent in technical English, presentation and crowd-facing skills
  • Good self-learner and out of the box thinker


How you will you stand out of the crowd  

  • Relevant academic degree or offensive security certifications.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing various categories of software security tools (e.g. SAST, DAST, SCA).
  • Development experience
  • Previously security research activities such as bug bounties or CVEs.
  • Previously published blog posts or conference talk covering own research work.
