What will you do:

The security research team’s goal at CyberArk Labs is to identify emerging threats and security gaps before those are exploited in the wild. When such a gap, a vulnerability or attack surface is discovered, a new innovation project is launched, aimed to find effective mitigation. The security research team leader at CyberArk Labs is a key player in shaping the Labs’ offensive research and innovation efforts the team pursues. The team leader has an autonomy and responsibility to identify security domains that suffer from security gaps and guide the research by working closely with the researchers.process

  • Team management - directly managing vulnerability researchers and research projects
  • Security / vulnerability research - hands-on research of multidisciplinary research vectors
  • Leading innovation projects aimed to build new security layers that will effectively mitigate the techniques, attack vectors and attack surfaces, discovered at the research stage
  • Writing and reviewing technical articles and presenting new research work at security conferences


What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a team leader
  • 5+ years’ experience in hands-on security / vulnerability research
  • In-depth knowledge of the inner workings of operating systems (Windows / Linux internals)
  • Reverse engineering experience and knowledge of RE tools like IDA, Ghidra and others

  • Previously found CVEs
  • Previously published research related blog posts or articles covering research work.
