Job Description:  

Privilege Cloud is CyberArk's Software-as-a-Service Privileged Access Management solution. CyberArk Privilege Cloud is a strategic offering that provides customers of all sizes with a cloud-native, SaaS solution to protect privileged access in their organization. CyberArk's Privilege Cloud Services team is looking for technical experts and customer-focused enthusiasts to join our fast-growing global team. 


As a Privilege Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing success of the CyberArk Privilege Cloud customers and will accompany the customer throughout all stages of the deployment life cycle. This includes planning, deploying, integrating, providing technical support, expanding and securing the customer's environment using the solution, and setting the customer up for success with CyberArk's Privilege Cloud. You will also collaborate with other internal teams, such as other CyberArk Security Services team members, R&D, Support, Customer Success, etc. 



  • Work with CyberArk customers and partners to deploy and configure CyberArk Solutions and integrate with the customer's environment. 
  • Assist CyberArk customers with service requests, upgrades, integrations, and technical support issues. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the planning, deployment, and post-implementation stage. 
  • Execute Cyberark Services plans with the customer, created as a Privilege Access Management enablement services package with the goal of setting the customer on a path to meet their Privilege Access Management goals. 
  • Assist CyberArk customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelines.  
  • Processing and analyzing customer and product usage data in a SaaS environment
  • Guide the customer through Privilege Access Management and Security best practices aimed at rapid risk reduction in the customer’s environment. 
  • Support to expand the usage of our solutions with our customers 
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as other members of the CyberArk Security Services team, R&D, Support, Customer Success, etc.


  • 3+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator 
  • 2+ years of experience at a SaaS, security, or IT vendor in a technical customer-facing role 
  • Experience setting up and installing enterprise software on Windows and Unix platforms 
  • Experience with Active Directory and IDP systems 
  • Experience/knowledge with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud as an advantage
  • Security software or internal IT security experience a plus 
  • Languages: Polish and English
