Job Description:

Be a key part in the CyberArk Alero team, owners of several innovative SaaS focused services, including Remote Access and Secure Web Sessions.

We are searching for a Team Leader to join us on our journey to create additional products and features for our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Producing valuable and qualitative deliverables for our customers in timely fashion
  • Provide technical authority to your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style
  • Professional growth of the team members
  • The overall development, code quality and production by the team members
  • Permanent hands-on keeping the code up-to-date
  • Working hand-in-hand with architects, product owners and other teams

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in software development
  • 2+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 3 developers
  • Proven experience in multi-threaded applications
  • Proven participation in development of commercial off-the-shelf large-scale software products
  • Understanding of development, CI/CD, and deployment tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with C++, Python, SWIFT and JavaScript
  • Fluent English

 

How will you stand out from the crowd:

 

  • Experience with Chromium or Chromium-based projects
  • Experience working with macOS and Windows
  • Familiarity with other programming/scripting languages
  • BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with security standards and understanding of security best practices
  • Extensive experience with source code branching, merging and release methodologies
