Job description:

CyberArk is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to join our growing EMEA team! In this role, you will be working closely with the Regional Sales team and the Global Demand Center team to build & align regional marketing plan to go to market plays and messaging in order to produce high quality demand & engagements from new accounts. This will require:

  • Planning and execution at Regional Level of the At-scale Demand Generation plan to generate new logo and customer engagements.
  • Managing the collaboration with Regional CAMs & key partners in developing the joint activity plan,
  • Monitor the Regional and customer activities and set the objectives, prioritize activities,
  • Measure, report and finetune accordingly,

The primary intent of this role is to help grow the net new business in the Region by positioning CyberArk PAM, Identity and EPM Go to Market Plays with a heavy partner driven approach. The role is reporting to the EMEA Marketing Regional Director and will be required to plan, implement and measure marketing strategies and projects for a broad audience in a high-growth, agile data management and technology environment.

Position Duties:

 

  • Define At-scale Demand Generation strategy and execution planning for your region, with a strong channel component.
  • Identify the key regional partners to invest on per selected go to market plays and collaborate with to expand CyberArk’s reach within new logo accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, CAMs and Focus Partners to gain market insights and ensure alignment of Broad based-marketing investments to top business priorities.
  • Partner closely with SDR and sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment.
  • Own the Pan EMEA At-scale Demand Generation regional engagement  strategy for one Go to Market Play
  • Be an active stakeholder of the Go to Market Play virtual team and be the voice for EMEA
  • Own and socialize the pan EMEA Broad Based marketing plan for the Go to Market Play you’re responsible for.
  • Support the development and expansion of our indirect sales channels with effective channel-ready lead programs and strong relationships with counterparts at top tier partners.
  • Work efficiently with contracted marketing fulfillment house to ensure timely shipments of event collateral to all regional engagement activities.

 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, marketing or business related degree a plus.

5+ years of Professional B2B marketing experience leading demand generation programs preferably in the information security space.

Experience building and managing field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs as well as digital marketing.

Proven track record of successfully working with partners is a big plus

Understanding of pipeline management and metrics.

Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously

Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo and Salesforce.com.

Data driven and familiar with marketing metrics

Excellent oral and written communication a must.

Willingness to travel, averaging 30% of time.
