What you will do: 

CyberArk is looking for an information systems implementer with an analytics background and technical capabilities to join our Salesforce implementation global team.  

The right candidate should have strong hands-on experience and skills in Salesforce software and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Oracle CRM. 

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with various departments to understand their needs, design and implement solutions while providing top quality service. 

You will be required to demonstrate project and process management skills along with systems analysis experience. The right candidate will have a good understanding of Sales, Marketing and Service business processes. 

 

What you will need to succeed:

  • Design and analysis of various business processes and related data from the requirements gathering to implementation and roll out.
  • Hands-on implementation of business processes, flows, validations of Salesforce CRM and other go to market modules including technical design and system configurations.
  • End-to-end management systems related delivery projects; according to work plan assignments 
  • Responsible to efficiently maintain and enhance Salesforce and other business applications according to IT procedures
  • Maintenance including problem (ticket) resolution within SLA and highest quality
  • Successful delivery of activities: on time, on budget, on scope and on quality standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Oracle CRM and experience in some of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, force.com.
  • Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications are an advantage) 
  • Customer focus with an ability to understand customer needs.
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • Highly organized in thought and in practice.
  • Highly motivated and creative thinker.
  • Technical understanding and ability to learn fast.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate with others.
  • Can easily work in a multi-tasking arena with a strong “can do” and proactive approach. 
  • Experience with a global team
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology
  • Travel requirements – 1-2 trips a year to Israel
