What you will do: 

CyberArk is building our office administration capability for our new Santa Clara, CA office! You’ll be the face of CyberArk, meeting and greeting visitors, directing calls, managing office purchases, scheduling catering, supporting travel arrangements, maintaining the office environment, and more. This will be a part-time role working approximately 20-25 hours per week.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide professional administrative support to the Santa Clara team
  • Greet guests and manage inbound calls in a positive manner
  • Provide support where needed, including event planning, catering, booking travel, and booking virtual or onsite events
  • Ensure office and kitchen supplies are always in stock
  • Provide support for in-office conferences and meetings; ensure conference rooms are organized and supplied at all times; liaise with IT to ensure technical needs are met
  • Act as primary point of contact for building management

 

What you need to succeed: 

  • Ability to work onsite in our Santa Clara, CA office. Regular schedule is to be determined, but anticipated to be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 6-8 hours per day
  • 1+ years previous reception or administrative assistant experience
  • Fluency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize

The salary range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
