What will you do:


CyberArk is looking for a Security Services Manager to join our team in Israel to maintain a consistent level of satisfaction for all customer interactions within Israel and East Europe, including executive relationships.

In this position, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding the Security Services team, driving the Business Transformation and Services revenue expansion, by ensuring the engagement, success, retention, and growth of CyberArk Customers.

This role will report to the Senior Director of Security Services – EMEA and will work closely with the Sales, Solution Engineering, Operations, Technical Support and Customer Success teams. 



  • Manage, mentor, develop and retain a team of Security Services Engineers, leading by example
  • Mentor Team Leads on managerial responsibilities and delegate work (managerial and technical) to help foster the growth and retention of resources within Services. 
  • Overview the workload of the Security Services Team by ensuring adequate service delivery coverage in all situations and high-quality engagements 
  • Ensure high-quality and successful delivery of all Security Services engagements and act as the point of escalation for the team, providing necessary guidance on issues that might arise
  • Communicate all processes, best practices and learnings gained to/from the field and optimize technical delivery methodology and delivery model
  • Collaborate with other teams/divisions, strengthen relationships and identify incremental business opportunities
  • Present CyberArk’s Security Services value proposition effectively and proactively seek out new security services opportunities. Participate in sales activities, including positioning technical services, scoping, solutioning, estimating and proposing
  • Manage the team’s financial goals and update team strategy to accomplish those goals. Participate in the departmental financial goals and planning 
  • Respond to requests from both internal and external customers/clients
  • Partner with R&D and PM for enhancement requests, bugs, and technical escalations 
  • Perform other duties as required or needed to support the Security Services team 



What you need to succeed:

  • 5 or more years of experience working in a technical role (CyberSecurity is a plus) and experience managing complex delivery projects to meet customers' objectives
  • Ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional results and ability to achieve results through others
  • Experience working with and managing a team of professional services engineers, dealing with complex delivery projects to meet customers' objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all roles, ranging from IT to C-Level executives. Proven record of accomplishment of working well with Sales teams 
  • Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Hebrew. Other European languages are nice to have
